Our very own president, Joe Costantino, emceed the 56^th Annual New Teachers Lunch. More than 450 new RISD teachers were welcomed by Kay Waggoner, RISD superintendent, while The Honorable Tonya Parker, presiding judge of the 116th Civil District Court in Dallas County, served as the luncheon’s keynote speaker.
